-- hi, stacy i am on metformin, 1500mg. and all my test came back normal.... i am hoping that metformin helps my pcos status. my endocrinologist said he thinks it will help with symptoms i suffer with the pcos... check with another endocrinologist...... because for years i was told that nothing would help me.... now i am excited about Metformin.... read the archives at this site .... i was amazed with how this drug has helped many.... hope this info is useful.... bless you... connie
