Herbs and Vits for PCOS ?

I am new to this adn trying to find out what herbs would be good to use
for PCOS and how to compose a program for me with hebrs, diet,
exercise,etc.
You wrote that the program was designed especially for you. What doctor
you went to for that? Family, Endo and Nat. ?
Coudl you also help me with some herbs that are used with PCOS ?
