I have had moderately good success keeping my acne controlled with Orthotricyclen and Retin A. (In the past, I have tried two courses of Accutane, Cleocin, and many years of antibiotics). A friend of mine uses Orthotricyclen, Cleocin, and Spironolactone. Hope this helps.
