I am on 1000 mg of Glucophage and 20 mg of Celexa. My mood swings and depression have improved alot! My doctor said that there is no interaction between the two of them. I have alot of energy and I no longer get up and go straight back to bed on weekends. It's working great for me. Though, I have read many posts where the dosage of Glucophage has been increased, my doctor intends on keeping me at 1000 mg. per day. Sometimes I wonder if my body will get used to this dosage and it will stop working. Does anyone know? Should I ask her at my next appointment to up the dosage??
