My 19 year old daughter has been diagnosed with pcos (about 2 years ago) . She was taking the pill and aldactone. In JUne she had blood tests taken and it was found that she also has insulin resistance. She is now on glucophage but she can't take the pill while on it. So since June she hasn't had her period .
