I don't know if you are Insulin resistant or not , or if that even has anything to do with the fatigue but I think it does. Anyway, I had days I was so tired I could barely move, and it was a bone weary tired, not just a feeling like not getting enough sleep. Ever since starting on glucophage and cutting down on carbs (especially the processed stuff like bread, rice, pasta) I am a different person!!! My energy level changed immensely. But I definately believe fatigue is absolutely one of the symptoms of PCOS. Also as the majority of the women that post here can tell you, the specialists can be terribly misinformed about PCOS - even the good ones aren't necessarily up on all the lovely things this syndrome does to our body Susan.
