I don't remember hearing any connection between MET and multiple births but I'm not sure. With your history of twins on both sides, chances are... :) And YES, you are right on, to urge you mom to seek some answers. I remember a woman on this board who had a complete hysterectomy with ovaries removed and still had PCOS (because pco doesn't originate in the ovaries, they are acted upon due to the PCOS). It never hurts to be sure, so keep encouraging your mom to find an answer - left untreated she could face other health problems down the road. I did the same for my mom, too. Good luck! :)Monica
