Oh, Sari,
I don't have any answers to your questions about the anti-depressants
just wanted to let you know that I can sympathize with you a little. I
have three boys, 5 and under, well, four boys if you count my 34 year
old hubby! Some days it's so hard. Have you saught counseling for anger
management? I know the hormones are the culprit behind all of this but
sometimes finding different ways to cope can help. Just a thought. Oh,
and I read a book called 123 Magic about discipline. I think the
original title was called 123...How To Get Your Kids To Do What You Want
(!). It's really good and very simple to use. I checked out the VHS
version at the public library. Just a suggestion. I do not mean in any
way to blame you, because anyone with small children knows how
frustrating it can be. I'm just giving ideas to help to reduce some of
your stress level. Are you "working" besides being a mom and being a
domestic engineer?! What kind of emotional support do you have? Do you
see your girlfriends regularly- we women have to stick together, and our
friends can help alleviate some of the tension! There's nothing like
having a chat with a friend along with a good laugh! I hope this helps,
some. I'm glad you're seeking help. Good luck. :)Monica
