I hate to be downer on things but.... PLEASE everyone watch taking the over the counter herbal remedies....I call them remedies as they ARE NOT medications....These are not approved by the FDA and some taken for things can harm you more than help you....Make sure you check with your doctor or really hunt information down on things before you just jump and start taking them....They can make claims and put things on the bottles because they are not regulated and some can be harmful to mix.....I work in pharm and consumer research and a good friend of mine mixed took things to help her lose weight and other treatments that supplemented her diet and she is very sick right now...both physically and mentally..Please just watch what you take and nothing is a miracle helper no matter what it says on the bottle...and also remember not everyone is the same....one can react totally differently than another in your body.....until they are regulated and tested please be aware of these things!! Thanks!!
