i want to say thanks for reply from stacey, i am feeling better, i have now increased to 2 500mg a day and so far it is alright. i hope when i increase to 3 500mg a day i will be less fatigued.... i have noticed if i decreased my carbohydrates and increased protien i feel better.... my endo doc is real possitive and wants me to get to 3 500mg a day and stick with to see changes in my pcos health but he is stern about exercise says it will help MET do its job..... i am a stay at home mom and so i am not on any set schedule , stacey i hope this gets better for you and you find an endo doc that you like.... i turned 36 yesterday and am so glad i finally found pcos friends to talk to.... everyone that reads this take good care of yourselves bless you cj,connie
