Hello, and good news about MET for meFrom: Monica (anonymous@obgyn.net)Fri, 1 Sep 2000 06:53:20 -0500 (CDT)
Hello everyone, I've been trying to catch up on thses posts but have been busy getting oldest off to kindergarten (he missed the bus home on the second day! Completely terrifying feeling when he didn't get off the bus; school and bus company didn't know where he was, apparently he didn't see his bus parked up the street and just sat down on a bench. 1 hour later we found him. I've drilled into him now that he must go back into the school if he needs help. Scary!) Anyway, I've been meaning to post about one minor improvement I've noticed while on MET since July 26. Before starting MET my cycles were always 35 days lasting at least 7-8 days. The 35 day cycle was the same this time but it only lasted 5 days, and the 5th day was very light. Thrilling! The bummer part is that for the first time in over 15 years (and 3 babies) the cramps were back and I actually had to take something for the discomfort. But I see it as finally being somewhat "normal". My mood is definately better, I feel emotionally strong, too. I can actually have a disagreement with my husband and not cry! And I've lost 10 pounds, too. And chin/jawline hairs don't seem to need as much plucking. All in all feeling great, except for nausea when I increase the dose. Just wanted to share. Thanks for listening! Comments? Would love to hear them. :)Monica
