Yes, escpecially the stronger cheeses like Blue cheese,etc. I can eat cream cheese without a problem. I found that I LOVE goat cheese and it doesn't bother me. Good Luck. ---Jennifer P.S. Chocolate adds to migraine pain too, but I have a hard time stopping that <G>.
