Hi Darsha - How are you?? This post is wonderful to learn so many things about PCOS ... A good place to start with the meds situation is PCOS Info - Treatment Information ... My original doctor did the same thing when she diagnosed me ... Never mentioned meds ... so I switched doctors, made me a file and took it in to her as points when talking about meds ... I am on Met and Levlite but there are many other treatments as well as herbal alternative treatments too ... Best of luck to you!! Amy
