Judy, I can tell you that my doc (not gyn or endo) has anticipated the glucophage and low carb diet to help shrink or eliminate mine. I actually had a few rupture a few weeks ago and besides it being incredibly painful, the gyn said that was a good sign!! She said it's when they don't rupture that there is a problem. I would continue with your glucophage and hopefully it will come down in size. Doesn't always help everyone but it's better than nothing, right?
