Tammy- some ideas on getting into the routine of taking the medicine, at least.. I pretty much don't eat three meals either. I'm lucky if I have lunch, dinner, and a midnight snack... Another issue I have is when to take my medicine- I'm a teenager and my sleep schedual sorta goes with what i feel like doing, since I do independent study and don't have to follow a routine. I tend to get up a little before 12, so i try to take my pills by 12:30 especially since Im on the pill and need to be so exact with that. I'd just aim for a key time you're always up by or have a moment (a break at work or something) and get yourself a watch with an alarm to remind you. I'm really bad about forgetting, too, and I think that's partially some of this RX because I didn't notice I was like this before I started on them. Anyhow, I guess that wasn't entirely useful, but good luck! :)
