I am also following ( or at least trying very hard to follow)a low carb diet. As for side effects I have found that I don't get nausea but instead get diarrhea. I have been told this eventually goes away does anyone have experience in how long eventually is? I think I would rather trade up to the nausea. I noticed the fatigue was gone with in a week. And I have so much more energy now. My only problem has been getting in the habit of taking medicine on a daily basis and with meals. I have always been the person who ate dinner and nothing else. This whole breakfast and lunch idea is new to me. If anyone has any ideas on how to get into a routine and stay with it or on that nasty side effect I would love to hear them. Thanks
