I tried Saw Palmetto for about three months and did not notice any difference, so I stopped. On the other hand, however, my hair loss started about 25 years ago (I'm now almost 46 years old)so it could be that I'll either have no luck or it would take a long time (or it could just help slow down further loss). Anyway, it's pretty expensive stuff, so any help in identifying a decent brand would be great. Many thanks. And welcome a-board.
