hi there!! From all the research i read chromium and Inositol are good together and have not heard antyhing about the lecithin. I personally take Vitex 250 mg daily, Inositol 1000 mg daily, Chromium GTF 400 mcg daily, and Vit C 1000 mg daily. If you check out http://egroups.com/group/PCONatural and go thru the archives and check out the poll there it will give you tons of info. So far I think Vitex and Don Quai are the leading herbs for PCOS.
