I have not used a diet at all to lose weight. I went on Aldactone 3
months ago and have been losing 1 lb/week on average with no other
changes in my lifestyle. I think I actually feel hungry less often and
don't crave the sweets and carbs. Also my metabolism seems to be
increasing. I am hotter than usual - just burning all those calories I
guess! ;-)
