I have a cousin Whos education is in nutrition and vitimins and herbs. He explaind that to get the full benifits, it is better to take each on its own rather than one combination pill. There Isn't one combination pill available on the market for everything you are taking anyway. The only combination I take is my calcium/mag. every thing else is inits own pure form. I know what your talking about when you say so many pills to swallow. When i first started on a plan that he gave me I was taking 47 pills over the course of the day (4 were Rx drugs). This helped to strengthen my system at first and now I take about 30 different vitimins and herbs a day. It sounds like a lot but I can feel the difference if I miss taking them. MY vitimin C for instance I take 4 times a day because your body doesn't store vit c so you don't have to worry about taking it in excess like you do with other vitiminsor herbs. Your body will only use the amount you need then eliminate the rest. This alone is four pills and the four rx drugs brings me up to eight right there. So its not like I'm taking so many different things as it is that I'm taking them over the course of the day . I also take vitex, schizandra (adreanal support) vitE,Flaxseed oil, gtf chromium, cal/mag, inositol, milk thistle (Liver support) whey protein powder, soy powder and a multi vitimin . oh---and lots of water to get it all down! take them seperate, it's better for you.
