So sorry Beth that I didn't see your post earlier. The pill prevents
you from ovulating and this is most PCOS sufferers problem to begin with
so it really does nothing to hellp that. Plus it contains hormones and
we all have hormone problems that's why we have PCOS. The pill has also
been known to make acne worse and also the hair, not to mention the ever
famous weight gain. Personally I use condoms and sometimes a diaphram
(I am 26), I don't like taking synthetic medication and especially one
with so much controversy. Just my opinion but I think you will find
more people than not say the pill is bad for PCOS if you check around
websites and chat rooms. It's definetely worth you checking into.
