Hi everyone! I have a few questions related to glucophage, clomid, and pregnancy! A year ago this month, my husband and I started trying to get pregnant. We tried for six months without any medical help, but when we knew that was not working we turned to my gyn. Now, after seven months of glucophage, clomid, progesterone level checks, blood work every other week, and many disappointing test results, we just don't know what to do next! We are doing everything the doc says to do! I take my temp every morning, we have sex on day 11 and 13(just to be sure), I take all my meds daily, and I still can't seem to get pregnant! My questions are: what is the dosage of glucophage that seems to work best? what is the dosage of clomid that seems to work best? and how many people have gotten pregnant (with one child or more) while taking this combonation? also, what is the success rate of full-term pregnancies in women with PCOS? I understand that PCOS can cause miscarriages during the first three months!

Thanks,
