Didn't know if you had read my last post cause I forgot to put your name on it, still had mine.Alina, I know you will enjoy Dr. Lee's book, it will shed some much needed light onto your story and history. I have never heard of Diane35 but I suppose I will check it out on the net and see what I can find out. It is unbelievable the amount of information I have come across these past few weeks. As I am sure you know it is a major luxury to be able to spend time doing research on anything other than school stuff. Something i was wondering...do they give pap smears in Canada as much as they do here? They are yearly here but my dr gives them to me every 3 months cause of the PCOS. I hate those damn things! On a personal note, I go to a public university in Florida (southern US if you didn't know). It is only a four year degree but it has taken me 7 years to complete and is in economics. I took time off when I got married and again when I divorced so I will finally be graduating in December which is very exciting. I will be the first in my family to earn a college degree. It will take 2 and 1/2 years to get my masters degree if I stick with it but if all is well I am hoping to be married next year and start trying to have children so I don't know if I will continue school or not. I am fortunate to have a wonderful boyfriend that cares about me no matter what I look like or much weight I put on. And he's skinny too, the lucky thing! i don't know if you frequent any other PCOS message boards but I have to say this is one of the slower ones which is good. Some of the other I have trouble keeping up with and reading all the messages. But I am so glad it's here! P.S. You're right about my sense of humor, I laugh at everything and make fun of myself constantly. That way people will like me for me and not dislike me for being fat and having acne.
