I have an appointment for yearly check-up with GYN next week. I have an old newspaper clipping when Vaniqa was in its trial run. Does anyone know if it's been approved yet or is anyone using it yet?. Also, do any of you suffer from intermittent depression? Probably a silly question, as we all do from time to time, but mine seems worse now. It seems like when I'm on the pill I get more depressed and listless and lose the flavor in life. I currently take Mircette 28. Was on the OrthoTriCyclen and a lower dose one too, but I had bad headaches from them. So the three months I went off them I felt great, increased libido, great outlook, etc. but the hair started growing back thicker and heavier on my face and neck and my balding got worse. So what do we do...??? Can't we have it all? I get so discouraged at times. Now is one of them. My great thick head of hair is no more, I get sunburned on my bald spot when I forget my hat :-). I also take Glucophage twice a day. Have any of you noticed depression, etc. from taking it. Will look forward to your responses. Thanks Rose Mary
