Alina, AF means after flow or aunt flo, your period basically ( i had to ask too once!). You should NOT use prog cream while on b/c pills. The pills have hormones in them and using the cream hormone will be way too much, may make symptoms worse. If you have PCOS I suggest you get off the pills anyway cause they just mask the symptoms.
