I have read mostly good things about herbs working for PCOS sufferers. There is a poll on that egroup addy and looks like Vitex is the number one choice along with Don Quai second. Don't remember the rest. The key is to just try them one by one and see what happens. But Vitex has been known to take a long time to work, like 6 months!
