Yes these herbs are good for us PCOS sufferers. Since alot of our symtpoms are associated with infertility they help that too. A great place that explains what they're for and how much to take etc. is http://www.babyzone.com/herbs/ Ther are other supplements that I take as well like calcium and inositol, milk thistle and vandayl.
