Amy,
It is my understanding that the risk for endometriosis as well as
cervical cancer, uterin cancer, and ovarian cancer is much greater in
PCOS patients who are not being treated. My mother, I believe, has PCOS
(she is now diabetic) and had endometriosis which lead to a complete
histerectomy. My mother is also very heavy and has major hair loss but
never did had trouble with acne.
