I ended up not being able to tolerate the Met...and when I was going off of it I was constipated for at least 2 weeks. Yuck. I know a lot of people love Met, but it didn't help me, it only made me sick and weak. I was also taking Tagamet, which intensifies the effects...so if you're on Tagamet...call your doctor and/or pharmacist.
