Way to go, Cathy! Personally, I prefer the treadmill, too. It gives you a great low-impact workout and it seems easier/more comfortable. I have a hard time motivating myself to work hard when I'm sitting down (on a bike)! And no matter what kind of delux cushioned seat I try, it still hurts! There is a great tape my Aunt gave me, I think it's Kathy Smith's WalkFit. It's like having a little voice encouraging you to keep on! Good luck! :)Monica
