Hi, An update- talked to the doc yesterday. He said to stay at 500mg. 1x a day for a week then try upping agian to 2x a day. I was telling my mom that I feel really good, too. I can't seem to put my finger on it or describe it- it's sort of like I'm thinking *clearer*, have more energy (don't dread taking the kids outside after dinner when usually I'm too pooped!), not sleeping as much. When my hubby says something so insensitive I deal with it then let it go faster, whereas I used to *dwell* on it all day. Keep posting, gals, love hearing how it's working for you! :)Monica At Tue, 1 Aug 2000, Cathy wrote: >
