I cannot understand the dr not knowing about Tagamet and glucophage, not suppose to be taken together. When I got met the pharm. said not to take tagamet and bottle said the same thing, don't know why nobody pick that up. You might have been ok with met but not sure what would happen now. Your doctor should be reported for neglect and bad med, and the pharm should have told you. Guess you fell between some giant cracks in the system.
