Xenadrine and GlucophageFrom: Carrie (anonymous@obgyn.net)Thu, 27 Jul 2000 01:50:49 -0500 (CDT)
I have been on Glucophage for 4 months now and am at 2000mg twice a day. I also take 200mcg of chromium picolinate a day. My husband has started taking Xenadrine, a weight loss medication available at GNC. He is losing weight (and I believe he is a bit insulin resistant too) and was wondering if there would be any risk to combining it with my Glucophage. If anyone could shed some light I would appreciate it. It has some caffeine (but I drink that a little during the day), and natrual herbs that are mainly stimulants I believe (comparable to ephedrine I think, not looking at the bottle at the moment.) thanks again - carrie
