You and your doctor need to decide what the right dosage for both drugs should be. Studies show that 1500mg Glucophage per day works well for some. I've been taking the 1500 mg Glucophage along with the 100 mg Clomid, and I now have a good size follicle growing in my left ovary. In terms of pregnancy, Glucophage is not considered safe; not enough tests have been done to determine the effects on the fetus. Good luck to you! Stephanie
