Celeste I have heard from a few people that were fortunate to get into the study on the D-chiro inositol that when the study was over they were told to just buy the b vitamin suppliment Inositol from health food stores and it would be similar. I have bought the stuff, just haven't tried it yet, I am taking so many pills and vitamins now, its hard to get enthused about adding another one.
