The glucophage shouldn't keep you from sleeping, nor should the Zolof but people do respond differently to drugs. When do you take the Zolof? If you take it only at night, try switching to morning or if you take it both morning and night, try taking it a little earlier than you do currently. If you are only taking it in the morning, I would check back with your doctor. Your dose may be too high. Hope this is helpful. Polly
