Back on Glucophage! Reply: another: "Re: Back on Glucophage!" I am excited to be back on Glucophage. I have had PCOS for 12 years and did the fertility thing for about 4 years. I found a wonderful doctor and he prescribed glucophage for me. (By the way, I was bleeding for two years straight at the time I found him! UGH!) Anyway Glucophage did wonders for me. It stopped the bleeding, got me regular, I felt better and I lost some weight. :) Insurance stopped, but now I have it again, so... I'm back on it! Two days so far! I also decided to take an antidepressant this time, just to help me feel better. Do you think we get depressed from the hormones being screwed up? or is it just a vicious circl of not feeling good about ourselves cuz of the weight and beautiful hair we have on our bodies?
