Michelle,

Many of us with PCOS are very overweight and a very common problem of overweight people is Sleep Apnea. If You snore loudly when you sleep at night this might be the cause of your fatigue. You do not get enough REM sleep with sleep apnea. You would need to talk to your doctor about a sleep study if you suspect this.
