I recently started having flushing without doing anything. It woke me up this morning and it happened again at dinner tonight and hasn't let up yet. This morning it seemed to ease up after I got up. I'm on 1500mg metformin, spironolactone (?mg) and am low carbing. I have low carbed in the past and don't remember this happening. I think I'm near to a cycle starting (only 15 days since last one....) so I'm not sure if it's hormone fluctuation or what. Any ideas would be appreciated. It's getting hot in here.....
