Re: Diane 35From: Kristy (anonymous@obgyn.net)Fri, 7 Jul 2000 15:52:46 -0700 (PDT)
Eileen, Have you checked with your pharmacist? They will be able to tell you how to go about getting it. The Diane 35 is only marketed in Europe. I've not heard that it's been approved for usage here in the U.S. Your pharmacist will be able to give you an idea on how to get it here. I've not had any personal experience with the pill, but I've heard from others who have take Diane 35 and the experiences were both good and bad when it comes to the issue of the hair growth. I take a medicine called Spironolactone (aka Aldactone) to help with my excessive hair growth. I hope that this is of some help to you, and I wish you all of the best at finding out how to get the European birth control pill. Take care, Kristy :)
