bcp Question

Hi, I've heard conflicting information on the type of birth control pill to use for PCO. I was originally put on Ortho Tri-Cyclen and it worked relatively well. However, I switched to another "tri-phasic" which did not seem to work for me. Then, due to information on this list I asked to be put on Desogyn but after 6 months I am having very, very painful periods so I may switch again. For those of you doing research, or, if you have personal experience, what is the best recommend bcp for controlling PCO symptoms? Thank you - again - very much. -Judy
