I went to my dr. and he ran a bunch of tests...all of which came out normal. Bummer for me because I am still dozing at work. I just can't help it. He did prescribe me sleeping pills thinking that I wasn't gettin enought of the REM sleep, but they are just making it really hard to wake up! Anyway, I'm still tired during the day. I'm just taking a BCP right now for my PCO treatment but I am wondering if something else might help. Any suggestions?
