I have had bad acne for a long time. I too took Accutane and know what
a pain that is. I went to the endocrinologist, and even though he
didn't diagnose me with PCOS, I am on some of the same medications. He
put me on Aldactone and that has helped my acne tremendously. You might
want to ask your dermatologist about it becuase they can prescribe
Aldactone as well.
