Angela, I have been Somersizing, I lost 35 pounds over about four months, then maintained (+/- 4 pounds) for about four, because I wasn't sticking to it as well. I am thrilled to maintain because I generally throw it back on with a vengance when I stop dieting. I just recently started met, and now I'm back to doing the somersizing again. If you want to correspond with me directly, please feel free. I find the diet fairly easy and flexible, although it means I can't be lazy about cooking for myself and keeping the correct choices in my pantry and fridge.
