Well just two weeks ago I was diagnosed with PCOS and put on the medication Metformin. My question is if the weight gain was caused by the PCOS should I be dieting or letting the medicaiton take its course? I have 100lbs to lose due to the years of having this condition. I read the low carb books, I really wanted to try to sommersize, but those books are so forgein to me. I can never seem to get the program put together to follow. CAn anyone help????
