By the time I was on met 4 weeks I felt terrible anything remotely sweet was nauseating, I was fatigued and had some of the bathroom problems, at about 6 weeks I just stopped taking it for - 2 DAYS -. I read that the symptoms would only last about a month and here it was 6 weeks still feeling yuck. I started to feel better and could eat without feeling sick. So, I started back w/1 500 pill for a few days and then added back in the second one. I also am doing yoga and the walking the treadmill, with a 1200 calorie diet, with about 120 grams of carbs a day spaced out.

THE GOOD NEWS!

I have now been on met 8 wks. Do not feel sick anymore, more energy is coming back, inspite of also having fibromyalgia. I have lost 6 pounds, had a normal 31 day cycle, have ovulated, lost almost an inch around my waist and hips, and have only had two incident's of high blood pressure in the last month. Mentally and emotionally I feel much better. I don't know why taking a 2-day break helped, but it did for me. I am so glad I stuck with it. It is like a miracle drug for me. Don't forget take it with food half way through the meal, it gets sandwiched then. Drink water, so it moves through your system faster and doesn't sit in your stomach. Hope this helps.
