Dear Jennifer,

Yes, all I did was get on Met and let my body settle in to "doing better" for about four months and then we started trying - got pregnant right away. I am now almost five months pregnant. I came off the bcp and started the Met and ovulated the very first cycle (not all women do so fast). Do you track your temps? That would help you see if you're ovulating (which occurs before the period) of course. I recommend the book Taking Charge of YOur Fertility by Toni Weschler - it is invaluable for charting and taking some control of your health and body. It's what I used - I call it my bible.

My doc was also willing to kick in Clomid if we were unsuccessful after four months on our own - no need!

Feel free to email me for more info - mscheel@houston.rr.com

Sincerely, Maggie
