hi everybody.

i'm 19, pcos, started BC pills in march to regulate my periods. started met around april 20th. i've been on a low-carb, low-cal, high-protein diet for 3 weeks. i get in an hour of aerobic exercise and strength training 5 days a week.

my question: is anyone else taking BC pills and met at the same time? BC pills are commonly known to cause weight gain. my objective is to lose 50 lbs. or so. are BCpills going to make this harder for me? is the met going to make it easier? also, my Dr. was really vague about how to take the met. he just said take it with food. i asked if i should take it with meals then, and he said sure. do the doses need to be more spaced out than that?
