Yes, I have and asked the net before if anyone else had experienced this too. A nurse said that in fact it was my ovaries "kicking in" again. I couldn't understand why I felt it in my lower back verses lower abs (like with cramps). I asked my obgyn, and he said that because of the tilt of my uterus( mine is tilted back farther thatn normal) that it was, in fact, crampings and that I shoudn't be alarmed. About upping your dose...it'll take 4-10 days for your bod to adjust to each uppage at least. I am currently up to 1500mg right now, but it also took me 2 1/2 months to get used to it. The lower pain doesn't affect me that much any more and I'm not hostage to my bathroom either. I hope your adjustments go better. But just some hope to you, I had the same reactions at first, but it got alot better as time went on. =) God Bless, Shan
