diane 35 and aldactone

Is anyone taking a combination of diane 35 and aldactone? I was wondering if these meds were something you would take either one or the other of since both are anti-androgens. I know that aldactone is often prescribed with BCPs. Is it ever prescribed with diane 35?

Also,is there any one using this board who is insulin resistant yet thin? My Dr. won't test me because I'm thin. He said if you are thin insulin resistance is not an issue. This doesn't sound right to me. Any advice?
